Venue Description

Rose Hall Event Center is a southern-inspired modern mansion featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding celebrations. The beautiful layout includes a spacious indoor ballroom, a stunning outdoor pavilion adorned with twinkle lights, and picturesque ceremony sites such as our oversized gazebo or magnificent oak tree.

With your booking at Rose Hall, you can expect a comprehensive bundle of services ensuring your wedding day is flawless. Included in your package are:- Access to the hair and makeup suite starting at 9 AM- Use of the bridal and groom’s suites- Set up and clean up of the ceremony and reception areas- A one-hour rehearsal prior to the wedding- Furniture and décor included at no additional cost

Rose Hall Event Center features a large paved parking lot with an overflow gravel area to comfortably accommodate up to 100 vehicles. Guests can park in the lot upon arrival, ensuring straightforward access to the venue. Please note that all vehicles must be removed by 11 PM at the conclusion of the event.

 OVERTIME: Any additional time needed beyond the original booking may incur extra charges and must be agreed to in advance. Overtime is billed in increments.

- CLEANING / DAMAGES: Clients are responsible for any damages to the venue or property. The venue’s staff will handle standard cleaning services post-event.

- FURNITURE: Furniture moving may require advance notice. All furniture must be returned to its original setup post-event.

- MISCELLANEOUS: Smoking is prohibited within the premises, and the use of certain decorations, such as glitter/confetti, is not allowed.

All deposit payments are non-refundable. However, in certain cases, we may permit the wedding date to be moved. We recommend discussing any potential changes well in advance.

We maintain rigorous health and safety protocols, including regular sanitation of surfaces and hand sanitizing stations strategically placed throughout the venue.
